  • Warranty Period: All authentic RAKAN products are backed by a 1-Year Limited Warranty starting from the date of original purchase.

  • What is Covered: This warranty strictly covers manufacturing defects, structural failures, and operational faults in internal electronic circuitry under standard, normal usage conditions.

  • What is Excluded: The warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, drop accidents, liquid exposure, physical damage, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, or improper voltage input.
